Welcome to the Nash Didan – nashdidan.co.il website (the “Website”).

The Website is a community and historical project intended to preserve, document, collect and make accessible for future generations information, memories, stories, photographs, documents, articles, traditions, customs, recipes, information about the Aramaic language, and other materials relating to the Nash Didan community and its members.

Use of the Website, including reading content, submitting materials, uploading content, posting comments or notes, and any other use of the Website, is subject to these Terms of Use.

1. General

These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Website, including visitors, readers, commenters and persons who submit materials for publication.
Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website and from using services that allow you to submit content or comments.
The Website administration may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website shall be the applicable version from the date of publication.
The masculine form is used for convenience only and refers to all genders.

2. Purpose and Nature of the Content

The Website is intended for community, cultural, historical and documentary purposes.
The Website may contain content collected or provided by the Website administration, as well as materials submitted by community members, family members, researchers, readers and visitors.

3. Submission of Materials for Publication

Submission of material does not guarantee its publication. The Website administration may decide whether to publish submitted material, when to publish it, in which section, and in what form.

The Website administration may edit submitted material, including language corrections, proofreading, formatting, paragraph division, headings, technical adaptations and translation, as necessary for presentation on the Website.

4. Responsibility of the Submitter and Copyright
